Psycho Vertical

Just finished reading Andy’s book Psychovertical. It is the most compelling read ever and highly recommended. The two keys things that strike me with Andy are firstly; his insatiable appetite for pushing his boundaries of physical and mental performance and secondly embarking on big walls and alpinism not mater what the weather. No wonder he has so many good stories to tell, he basically has an epic every time he goes climbing. Impressive!

The book is extremely well written considering he is dyslexic, which creating a book alone is a significant feat. It’s no surprise Psychovertical won the Boardman Tasker Award. Get your hands on a copy, you wont be disappointed
