Sunday 31st May 2009Great week of training. Plenty of running on the hills and two tyre sessions. Three times out on the single-speed mountain bike too (review coming soon!).
Mon: Fell run 6 miles / 1000ft (am). MTB 60 minutes (pm)
Tues: Fell run 6 miles /1000ft (am). Tyre Tow 4 miles (pm)
Wed: Rest
Thurs: Fell run 6 miles / 1000ft (am). Tyre Tow 4 miles (pm)
Friday: MTB 90 mins
Saturday: MTB 180 mins
Sunday: Fell run 10 miles / 3000ft
Running total (for week): 36 miles / 6000ft
Really felt as this was "Week 1" of training so hopefully will hope fully be able to out in a good consistent block now.
