What have team inov-8 been up to?

The last few weeks have seen a mixed bag of racing for inov-8 all very successful!

Tim Higginbottom and Chris Near won the Swiss KIMM in fine style beating their nearest competitors by a fair distance.

Steve Birkinshaw won the Lakeland 100 - the inaugral 100 mile ultra marathon in the Lake District. His margin of victory was 2 hours and he was the only racer to get under 24 hours - nice one Steve!

Anna Frost has been racing hard since the MountainX race. A week after the race Anna was back in the Alps, racing the mountain running grand prix circuit. Anna finished 4th in this race - great going considering the MXR the week before! She then proceeded to finish second in the most recent grand prix, last weekend in Austria which means she leads the league. Yesterday she nailed the British trials race on Snowdon and is showing fine form for the World Trophy in September where she will represent New Zealand.

No racing for me recently. I have been chilling out a bit, having adventures on Mull sea kayaking and hill running. We got out to the island of Staffa and visited Fingal's Cave which was fantastic.

 Cheers for now!
