Saturday 2nd June 2012This one is ideal for racers planning to make their first foray into non-stop expedition style racing or as part of your training plan for something a little longer like the Sting in Stirling.
The area we are looking at to host the race is particularly suited to this style of event being challenging, yet achievable for first timers.
There'll be the usual mix of trekking, mountain biking and paddling plus that little extra spice which Open Adventure is renowned for.

Who - 4 person mixed teams (no support crew required) single sex teams can enter however they will be classed as non-comp

Total race distance Update 25th May - The short route distance is 200km with 4,800m ascent and the long route distance is 310km with 8,800m ascent.
