Christmas Deliveries and Returns

If you are shopping for Christmas presents for other people, we have extended the period in which you can return unwanted gifts to us. Any purchase between the 1^st and 14^th December 2012 can be returned up to and including the 11^th January 2013. Any purchase made after 14^th will be subject to our normal 30 days returns window.

If you want to take advantage of this extension, please follow the usual returns procedure, including downloading our returns form, and ensure any parcels are posted with a post date no later than 11^th January.

Last Delivery Dates for Christmas

To ensure your presents arrive in time for Christmas, please order by 12 noon on Wednesday 19^th December, if you are paying for standard postage.

If you are paying for next day delivery, and need it to arrive before Christmas, we would recommend that you order by 12 noon on Thursday the 20^th December. Orders placed between that time and 12 noon on Friday 21^st December should arrive on Christmas Eve, but in case of events out of the control of the delivery driver (extreme weather, nobody being in to sign for the parcel, or getting run off the road by Santa), we wouldn't recommend it. If you really are stuck though, it's worth a try. We like to think it won't be us or our delivery provider that lets you down.
