Warning - design changes to this product - awful to use

I have used a 25L OMM sac for about 6 years. Last year I bought a new one at PlanetFear in Keswick - this turned out to be faulty and was replaced with one of the new design sacs. I have used it twice, once in snow, and once in good weather. The new design of buckle is hopeless to use if you are wearing gloves of any sort, and even without it, is difficult to get your fingers around the buckle properly to open it. I am female with small hands, and I struggle to open the buckle in warm, dry conditions. The drawcord has also been 'reversed' so much less easy to pull really tight, especially if it is full of kit. There are also holes designed into the seams of the main compartment so any potential waterproofing is lost. Overall incredibly disappointing - I wont be buying another one. Other regular OMM sac users beware of these design changes.
