Near the end

The Rocklands season is definitely winding down. We went to Roadside twice this weekend and it was quite empty, a handful of couples. It was a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of mid-season.

The temperatures continue to rise although early mornings and late afternoons can still be cool. The forecast for tomorrow is rain followed by a couple of very cool days, perfecrt sending temps!

The french couple Arnand Petit and Stephanie Bodet made the last few days of their trip count, Arnand sent 'Green Mamba' 8A+, 'Leopards Cave' 8A+ and 'Glorie De Papu' 8A on Friday and Saturday and Stephanie dispatched 'Nutsa 8A+' on Saturday.

We visited Powerlines and 8 Days of Rain areas with our new topos. Powerlines has a few excellent 'moderate' problems that are certainly worth getting on. 8 Days of Rain is a great area with many high aesthetic problems.
